This is true on several pc's that I checked, all Vista x64. I don't see a repair PST function, but there have been no Outlook errors with the PST, size of the pst file (around 2 GB), but Windows Live Mail stalls completely on importing some messages from Outlook 2007 (I'm using it's built-in Import function).
